SYS 01 / TYPES
Three layouts, one sizing logic

Double girder gantry
Highest capacities and duty classes; trolley rides between two box girders on A-legs.

Single girder gantry
Lighter structure with an under-running hoist; economical general-duty yards and bays.
Reference ranges →
Semi-gantry
One leg on the ground, one side running on a wall-mounted rail — saves yard width.

SYS 02 / OUTDOOR
What outdoor duty changes
A gantry lives outside, so the specification is about weather as much as tonnage. These are the inputs we check with you before quoting — they decide structure, electrics and foundation interface.
- Wind conditions at the site — parked stability and operational limits
- Ground rail foundation, end stops and buffers — interface drawing provided
- Outdoor-rated electrical protection for motors, panels and limit switches
- Power delivery: cable drum or festoon, routed clear of traffic
- Corrosion protection class for coastal or humid environments
- Drainage and housekeeping of the rail line
- Maintenance access on legs and girder platforms
- Anti-sway and slow-speed positioning for long loads (precast, steel)
