How do I choose between a single girder and a double girder overhead crane?

What information do you need to size a crane?
Capacity, span between rails (or yard width for gantry), required lift height, duty class or load spectrum, power supply (voltage/frequency), destination country and a short description of the load and environment. — RFQ form

Why do crane prices vary so much for the same tonnage?
Tonnage alone is not a configuration.
How fast will I get a quotation?
For a complete RFQ (the five numbers: capacity, span, lift height, duty class, power supply, plus destination), we target a working specification and quotation within 24 hours on working days — it is a written service commitment in our quotation terms.
STAGE 03 / FACTORY VERIFICATION
Factory verification
Can I visit or audit the factory before ordering?
Yes — on-site visits are welcome, and third-party inspection at agreed production stages can be arranged.

STAGE 04 / ORDERING
Ordering
What does the ordering process look like?
RFQ → configuration locked (duty class + boundary) → proforma invoice → production with milestone updates → factory acceptance test (FAT) → packing and shipment.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order on the proforma invoice.

Shipping
How are cranes packed and shipped?
Main girders travel in steel cradles; hoists, electrics and loose parts are boxed and containerized per size.
What documents come with the shipment?

How is the crane installed and commissioned?
You receive installation drawings and a supervision plan.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time follows the configuration — standard-duty single girder builds are fastest, heavier duty and custom spans take longer.

What warranty and spare-parts support do you provide?
Warranty terms are stated on the proforma invoice per order.
